Our return policy is simple, just take a look below to see what kind of refund you could be entitled to!

100% REFUND

There are plenty of ways that you can qualify for a 100% refund and we will discuss each of them below.

1. If you cancel your order before production, you will get a 100% refund.If you change your mind before production has started you get a full refund. Why? Because we haven’t done anything yet! You get a free visual image of your product before we start and until you approve it, you can get a full refund.

2. If your order is not delivered on time you get a 100% refund!

Exclusions: – 1) If the receiver address is not accurate at time of shipping and this results in a delay for delivery we cannot issue a refund. Likewise, if you do not approve the design in a timely manner this could cause a delay, which we will notify you of before we begin production. If you approve the new date we will begin production. If you do not we will issue a refund immediately.

1. If the final product you received does not match the approved design you will receive a 100% refund.

2. If the items in your order are suffering from quality issues we will also provide you a 100% refund.

50% REFUND

We make every effort to get your products to you by the date you selected and if there’s a problem on our end that results in delay we give you a 100% refund. However, if a third-party company, such as FedEx or DHL, makes a mistake and gets your item delivered late we will give you a 50% refund.

PARTIAL REFUND

Partial refunds, which may be more or less than 50% but less than a full refund may also be issued. This may occur if: you choose to cancel your order during production or if you receive your order and some (but not all) of the products have quality issues. If you receive an order with partial quality issues we will offer a refund for the cost of the defective items or re-make them at no charge.

GENERAL QUESTIONS

1. How do I request a refund?We hope you never need a refund, but if you do you can send a request directly to your sales rep (the one who sent you the design proof). They will verify the request and issue your refund.

2. When I can get a refund?Refunds are delivered to your account within 1-8 business days. This is after you have communicated with the sales rep and gotten approval for the refund and may not include weekend days.
